PARADIGM INTERACTIONS a digital consultancy based in Covent Garden, London and East Lothian, Scotland. Paradigm Interactions provides its services through user centred design (UCD), human computer interaction (HCI), audience research, usability, accessibility and Agile methodologies.

I strongly believe that 'one size does not fit all' and utilise this approach when working with client stakeholders and carrying out research with target audiences and users throughout a projects lifecycle.

I am involved in delivering both strategic and development level projects for software, intranet, extranet and internet web systems. My main focus is the provision of simple and effective, high quality consistent user experience.
